Carrying the Load.

A 6-Session Therapeutic Movement Group for Moms

You manage the schedules. The appointments. The meals. The emotions. The planning. The remembering. The invisible work that keeps your family running. From the outside, it may look like you have it all together.

Inside- you're exhausted.

The mental load of motherhood isn't just being busy—it's the constant decision-making, anticipating, organizing, worrying, and caring that rarely stops. Even women who deeply love being moms often find themselves longing for space to simply breathe.

This is that space.

Over six sessions, you'll join a small group of women for guided movement, meaningful conversation, and evidence-based therapy focused on helping you:

  • Reduce overwhelm and chronic stress

  • Quiet perfectionism and mom guilt

  • Set healthier boundaries without shame

  • Reconnect with yourself beyond your roles

  • Build supportive relationships with moms who understand

  • Leave each session feeling lighter—physically and emotionally

No running experience is necessary. Whether you prefer to walk, jog, or run, the movement is simply a tool to help your mind slow down, your body release stress, and conversations flow naturally.

This group is for you if...

  • You are constantly "on."

  • Everyone depends on you.

  • You rarely make time for yourself.

  • You want real connection and meaningful growth.

  • You're ready to invest in your own well-being .
