WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

This practice is private pay only. No insurance or EAP are accepted.

What is the process like?

There is an initial free 15 minute session to determine goodness of fit between us. Afterwards, there are intake questions and we schedule the first appointment. At our scheduled time for a virtual session, you simply click a link to join me in your live, online counseling session. It's that simple. Of course, it's private, too. Payment is made via an app.

For movement-based services, it begins the same with a free virtual consultation and initial paperwork. We then meet at a designated location outdoors for the session. Payment is made via an app.

What is a movement-based therapy session like?

We meet at a designated location, usually a park or greenway, for the 50 minute session. The movement is catered to your physical ability and want/need. The last minutes are a cool down and reflection time.  All of this is done while participating in therapeutic conversation. Sessions will be held in all types of weather, except severe. No running experience is required. Medical clearance is required. To find out more about running therapy, see some resources below or ask me!
